Digitale project manager
Project Manager with a Passion for Websites and Mobile Apps
Who Owns The Zebra is looking for a project manager who can guide our projects in the right direction. Would you like to be part of an agency where digital ingenuity and human warmth go hand in hand? Are you a great listener and were you basically born in a barrel of empathy? Then we want to hear from you. We believe in a warm, personal approach to deliver tailor‑made solutions.
Have a look at our vacancy and apply at the bottom of this page.
You are the first point of contact for projects, which you follow up from A to Z. You talk with (potential) clients, look for the right match between their needs and our solutions, and create a personalized proposal. This way, you ensure that everyone is on the same wavelength.
Together with the account manager, you lead a team of developers and designers. You always strive for the best possible result within the agreed budget. Chaos? Not your thing. You can easily set priorities, allowing you to manage your projects efficiently and with minimal stress.
Our ideal project manager is enthusiastic, curious, and passionate about the web and applications. We’re looking for someone with experience in marketing and content strategy, as well as complex web projects such as building digital platforms.
What we’re looking for- You’ve already managed projects with substantial budgets.
- Through networking and self‑study, you stay up to date with what’s happening in the market.
- You are proactive and think in terms of solutions.
- You can present confidently and inspire both clients and colleagues.
- You build relationships easily and love teamwork.
- You’re not afraid to make mistakes, but you always take responsibility.
- Love innovation and see AI as a super‑power rather than a threat.
- You are curious and enjoy using AI tools, but you also remain critical enough to always validate the quality of the output.
- A full-time position at Who Owns The Zebra.
- A competitive salary package with appealing benefits: 6 additional leave days, Mac Book Pro, mobile subscription, meal and eco vouchers, group insurance, public transport subscription, bicycle allowance, and an annual budget for conferences.
- A cozy, brand‑new office on the outskirts of Ghent.
- Two days of remote work per week (if you want).
- Interesting and varied projects for a wide range of companies.
- A lot of trust, room for initiative, and a great atmosphere — that’s what you get when you join a Great Place to Work.
At Who Owns The Zebra, we create mobile apps, web applications, and websites that make life easier for millions of people — and not just in Flanders. At the start of every project, we invest heavily in strategic thinking. Simplicity and usability are at the heart of everything we do, both in design and in functionality.
