What s the Job?- Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource management.
- Oversee and coordinate all logistical aspects of events, ensuring seamless execution from setup to breakdown.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality service delivery for event-related needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align event objectives with organizational goals and standards.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure venue suitability and compliance with organizational policies.
- Bachelor s degree in event management, hospitality, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and logistics, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools such as Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite.
