Overview
FINANCE MANAGER
This District is seeking an experienced Finance Manager. This position offers stability in a positive work environment. The Finance Manager manages a staff of 7 performing organizational accounting and financial planning, and customer service functions. The District is fiscally sound with significant reserves as it funds operating expenses and capital projects. The District is known as a progressive utility and is active in regional issues related to water and sewer.

While managing the Finance & Customer Service staff, the Finance manager oversees general ledger maintenance, financial planning, and utility billing functions.
This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday–Friday; extended hours periodically during meetings, emergencies, or as workload requires. After orientation, the District allows for remote work 2 days a week.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or applicable discipline
- Supervisory and managerial experience including customer service
