Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, IT Project Manager

Kforce has a client that is looking for a Project Manager for a remote contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

* Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to ensure project milestones are met and dependencies are managed

* Facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment across all stakeholders

* Maintain project schedules, track progress, and provide regular updates to leadership

* Identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers, working with teams to resolve them

* Support quality assurance, change control, and documentation efforts

* As a Project Manager, you will prepare and manage stakeholder communications, including demos and status reports

* Ensure smooth transition of project deliverables to operational teams' post-launch
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience

* 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in mobile app development or migration projects

* Experience coordinating distributed, cross-functional teams

* Experience with native iOS/Android development projects is highly desirable

* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies

* Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; able to engage effectively with all levels of the organization

* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

* Proficiency with project planning tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.)

* Collaborative, customer-first mindset

* Ability to work independently and drive alignment in a matrixed environment
