Salary: $100,000 - $300,000 per year

Job Details: We believe in tailoring roles to the right talent. Depending on your experience, your key responsibilities could include:

• Driving sales and expanding markets.
• Sourcing from North American produce markets to support our global sales operations.
• Expanding sales into Central and South America, as well as the Caribbean is a plus.

Who we are looking for: We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded professional who brings:

• A well-established customer or supplier network in the North American commodity produce industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• A proven ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and drive profit growth.
• The capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience with mangoes, bell peppers or citrus.

Language requirements:

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Spanish or another second language is an advantage.
