We have an exciting opportunity for a Tax Supervisor to join our Tax team. This is a hybrid role, allowing for a mix of remote work and on-site presence to foster collaboration and flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Review work assignments of associates and senior associates to ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and timely submission.
  • Manage multiple tax engagements, monitor progress, and meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate engagement schedules and allocate resources effectively.
  • Lead engagement planning, including budgeting and strategic collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Delegate tasks, manage budgets, and communicate expectations clearly.
  • Monitor engagement progress and inform management of status.
  • Facilitate communication with clients to ensure expectations are met.
  • Use reporting and analytics to monitor budgets and ensure profitability.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
  • CPA license or actively pursuing one, with 150 credit hours.
  • At least 4 years of experience in tax compliance, industry-specific knowledge required.
  • Valid state driver’s license.
