- [PM] - 2 Project Manager (3/4+ years)?
- Inglese fluente parlato e scritto (ideale livello B2 o superiore)
- Esperienza pluriennale nel ruolo di Project Manager in ambito IT o digital
- Ottime capacità di pianificazione, organizzazione e gestione di team cross-funzionali e cross-country
- Conoscenza solida del ciclo di sviluppo software (SDLC) e delle principali metodologie di gestione progetti (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, waterfall)
- Capacità di comunicazione efficace con stakeholder tecnici e non tecnici
- Competenza nel monitoraggio di tempi, budget, rischi e KPI di progetto
- Problem-solving, leadership, autonomia decisionale e orientamento ai risultati
