We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in the automotive industry and a strong understanding of automotive logistics
. This is a remote opportunity with a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to innovative mobility and transportation solutions.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple research-driven projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end logistics or mobility-related projects within the automotive sector
Conduct market and operations research to support data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to align project goals and timelines
Track project progress, develop reports, and present findings to stakeholders
Identify potential risks or issues and implement mitigation plans
Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and project documentation protocols
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and best practices within the team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (Required)
3–6 years of project management experience, ideally in automotive or automotive logistics
Strong organizational and research skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or equivalent)
Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment
PMP or other relevant certifications
Experience with mobility, smart transportation, or sustainability-focused automotive projects
French language skills (not mandatory but a plus)
