Remote Project Manager

In this role, you will drive key initiatives involving Organizational Change Management (OCM) for a client Case Management project. Your expertise will facilitate the successful implementation of new systems to support business operations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive OCM project schedule.
• Conduct baseline assessments and gap analyses to inform project objectives.
• Facilitate messaging and communication strategies for stakeholders.
• Implement effective change management plans, including training and support.
• Measure and evaluate the success of change initiatives through established metrics.

• Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in Project Management principles.
• At least 3 years of lead experience in Project Management roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; additional experience can substitute education.
• Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• 3 years of experience applying OCM methodologies in IT projects.
