Job Description
You will be the Subcontract Management Senior for the ARRW Program team. Our team is responsible for managing subcontracts in support of US Department of Defense prime contracts, ensuring supplier cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance meet program requirements.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Management Senior, you will be responsible for managing a set of subcontracts, including procurement management and delegation responsibility for supplier agreements and contracts. You will lead multifunctional teams and interface with program management, customer, and government teams to ensure successful subcontract execution.
Your Responsibilities Will Include- Preparing bid and proposal requests, analyzing supplier proposals, and performing price analysis
- Leading team negotiations, developing pre-negotiation strategies, and making source selection decisions
- Managing post-award subcontract functions, including cost, schedule, and technical performance, invoice reconciliation, and modification negotiations
- Collaborating with program and functional management teams, as well as other functional organizations

Desired Skills- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional Integrated Product Teams and/or Supplier Management Teams
- Proficient in Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
- Demonstrated Risk Management experience
- Leadership skills displaying attributes of Full Spectrum Leadership
- Experience with LM P2P (SAP buying system) and Lockheed Martin Acquisition Policies (LMAP)
This position is in Orlando, Florida. Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a secret clearance. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
