Manages and oversees all aspects of Enterprise and/or technology project(s) to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables. Develops detailed project plans. Monitors project milestones and generates periodic status reports. Evaluates and manages risk. Incorporates quality measures and standards into project deliverables. Possesses a strong knowledge of technology.

ESSENTIAL

DUTIES
  • Leads the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects to meet organizational goals, timelines, and performance targets.
  • Manages project scope, timelines and milestones, and resources across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Develops and maintains detailed project plans, communication strategies, and regular reporting of project status.
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements, resolve issues, and align priorities.
  • Partners with external vendors to manage contracts, drive performance, and ensure successful delivery of products and services in accordance with agreed upon timelines.
  • Maintains clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders through regular updates, documentation, and status reports.
  • Supports smooth project transitions to operational teams and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Mentors project managers and contributes to the continuous improvement of PMO methodologies.
  • Fosters a collaborative, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.
  • Completes mandatory compliance training in accordance with established deadlines.

ENVIRONMENT, PHYSICAL & MENTAL ACTIVITIES

The incumbent is in a non-confined office-type setting in which they are free to move about  may include some minor annoyances such as noise, odors, drafts, etc. Work may also be performed at home depending on the requirements. Employee is required to have an environment when working at home that has a high-speed internet connection and environment conducive to frequent phone or internet calls.

The incumbent in the course of performing this position spends time writing, typing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 10 pounds), driving, carrying, seeing (such as close, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and adjusted focus), sitting, pulling, walking, standing, squatting, kneeling and reaching.

The incumbent for this position may operate any or all of the following: personal computer, cellular telephone, printer, fax, and other standard office equipment.
