Director, Software Engineering in DevOps

• Minimum of ten years  experience leading or managing software engineering teams
• At least five years of experience delivering SaaS solutions
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver against operational SLAs
• Demonstrated leadership in systems/software architecture, database design, and web development
• Availability on a 24/7 basis for production-impacting incidents or key customer events

• Experience working with non-profit organizations
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with sound time management skills
• Familiarity with quality assurance, load testing, and performance testing
