Project Manager - Power Generation

Overview

ENTRUST Solutions Group is looking for a Project Manager. You’ll be responsible for managing a high volume of engineering projects for Power Generation clients, playing a key role in the business operations and client engagement for NERC services and related testing projects. This position may be remote or hybrid, depending on location.

• Managing all projects assigned by the Business Director to ensure they meet project performance indicators, including schedule, budget, profitability, client relationship and satisfaction, and project quality control.
• Maintaining and monitoring a system of quality control on all projects.
• Maintaining a system to forecast fee revenue on an ongoing monthly basis.
• Developing project proposals for new business in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assisting in developing strategic plans for the Business Unit and implementing programs to achieve growth goals for the unit and firm.
• Identifying resource needs across projects and communicating those needs to the BUL.
• Providing support to the BUL in business development activities and participating in sales calls and client presentations.
• Developing and maintaining quality relationships with clients.
• Collaborating with other Business Units to assemble the most effective project team, often drawing from multiple units.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as necessary.

• Degree in business or engineering from an accredited university, or 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Registration as a professional engineer is preferred.
• Prior experience with the power generation industry is preferred.
• 1+ years of project management work experience.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and staff members.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
