• Oversee project progression from inception to completion, including permits, material delivery, and subcontractor management
• Understand project scope and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain installation schedules and coordinate task scheduling with other trades
• Troubleshoot project issues and engage appropriate resources to mitigate impacts

• Minimum of 5 years of security and project management experience
• Proven ability to engage with all levels of management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; self-motivated and dependable
• Experience in the construction field and security industry
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint)

• Experience with Lenel
  
  S2 and Milestone technology
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking
• Strong technical knowledge of relevant technology and tools, such as access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems
