• Manage clinical vendor relationships and ensure alignment with performance goals
• Track and generate insights for Stars measures led by the Clinical Stars team
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities affecting clinical measures
• Develop and operationalize targeted outreach campaigns to close care gaps
• Monitor campaign performance and translate results into future designs

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong operations mindset with the ability to formulate and execute plans
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets and SQL queries
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Hands-on experience with program management
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage Star Rating programs
