• Lead and support a small enrollment administration team

• Background in enrollment operations, TPA functions, or insurance-related environments
• Experience managing system workflows, eligibility files, and data processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in leading teams within enrollment or benefits administration settings
• Familiarity with compliance standards in insurance and benefits management
• Previous involvement in system updates and data management processes
