• Optimize operational systems and processes for strategic partners in Canada.
• Deploy operational initiatives to improve service quality across retail and digital products.
• Provide daily operational support to partner networks, including issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like engineering, product, and compliance.
• Facilitate agent onboarding and training to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Monitor service KPIs and identify opportunities for support enhancement.

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, operations management, or business administration.
• 5+ years of retail operations experience ideally within Financial Services or Fin Tech.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of process management and continuous improvement.
• Excellent prioritization and communication skills across organizational levels.
• Demonstrate initiative and strong analytical skills for issue resolution.
• Bilingual in English and French required.
