Sr. Controls Project Manager - REMOTE

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, execution, and delivery of mission-critical projects related to Building Management Systems and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems. • Manage Controls integration design process and contract document review
• Act as a liaison between various stakeholders including owner's commissioning agent and subcontractors
• Assist in schedule development for all Controls start-up and commissioning activities
• Oversee material and equipment approval for Controls systems prior to installation
• Communicate project progress and represent at weekly meetings
• Supervise installation and operational verification of manufacturer's equipment
• Participate in preconstruction efforts for Controls scopes on projects

• 7+ years of experience in Construction/Controls design and coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
• Experience in Mission Critical projects highly preferred
• General knowledge of construction and design principles/practices
• Thorough understanding of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Familiarity with Building and Electrical Codes relevant to construction
• Experience working with Controls subcontracts and subcontractors
