- Act as the single point of accountability for program-level risk, issue, and escalation management
- Ensure alignment across Agile teams and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 10 years of project and program management experience, with at least 5 years of budget and reporting exposure
- 5 years of experience managing vendors
- Proven success in building organizational capacity models and centralized pipeline management models
- Proven ability to influence at an executive level both internally and externally
- Experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
