This remote position is open to candidates residing in the US or Canada, except for Alaska, Austin, California, Chicago, Connecticut, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and Washington DC metro.

• Own the day-to-day administration of all equity platforms, plans, and awards, including grants, vesting, sales, and ESPP activity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Equity professionals, driving operational excellence and accuracy.
• Build and scale processes, systems, and controls to support a global, publicly traded company, including compliance with SEC, IRS, audit, SOX, and foreign equity requirements.
• Serve as the company's equity plan expert, providing strategic guidance to Legal, Finance, Accounting, People, and executive leadership.
• Partner with Legal and Accounting to support equity and cap table reporting, including 83(b) elections and SEC disclosures (Forms 3, 4, 5, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements).
