Seeking a passionate Paid Search professional to lead strategy and optimization across our largest accounts, drive growth, and collaborate cross‑functionally.

• Lead Paid Search strategy for large client accounts.
• Create and present strategy and performance insights to client stakeholders.
• Partner with cross‑channel leads to develop holistic media plans.
• Define roles and delegate work to support team members.
• Manage pacing and ensure campaigns meet target spend.
• Drive innovation, testing, and develop quarterly or annual roadmaps.
• Mentor team members, from Account Managers to Associate Directors.
• Participate in client meetings, vendor partnerships, and new business pitches.
• Contribute to department training, POVs, award submissions, and case studies.

• 7+ years Paid Search experience.
• Experience managing monthly ad spend of at least $1MM.
• Experience directing strategy for B2B Lead Generation clients.
• Knowledge of You Tube, App Campaigns, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and traditional paid search.
• Advanced slide presentation skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills for presenting performance to clients and senior audiences.
• 3+ years of management experience with at least two direct reports.
• Experience with bid management platforms such as SA360, Skai, Marin.
• 4‑year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Passion and willingness to embrace automation and AI in SEM.

Salary Range: $118,000—$139,000 USD
