Title:

Project Manager (HR, Workday, ADP)

Location:

100% Remote Work Duration: 6

Months Contract with extension

Rate: $Open/hr.

• 9+ years’ experience in project/program management
• 9+ years in managing large complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• International project experience
• Must have experience with payroll and/or payroll and finance projects, such as Workday, ADP, e-TIme, Inspire and/or product areas including Benefits, Equity or Time & Attendance systems
• Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills
• Core Project Management skills - Scope management, Delivery on time, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Budget Management
• Should have experience with infrastructure projects
• Scheduling Skills (MS Project or equivalent)

• Supply Chain skills/experience
• Learning Systems Experience
• Conflict management / problem solving
• Negotiation skills
• Financial experience (budget planning)
• Contract management (SoW, Contracts, work orders, etc.)
