• Provide subject matter expertise on running a successful, high-quality, compliant, and safe CDL program.
• Ensure adherence to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and state regulatory regulations.
• Administer training programs for program directors and instructors.
• Manage fleet activities, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles.

• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership, Business Administration or a related field.
• Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations.
• Experience with multi-site oversight.
