REMOTE Senior Project Manager (Structural Steel/Misc. Metal Fabrication)

Location: Remote Office Environment;
Required to travel to job sites throughout the Southeast when needed.

$120,000 - $130,000

Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable Structural Steel/Misc. Metal Fabricator/Erector with locations throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, on their search for a Senior Project Manager to focus on work in the Structural Steel sector, managing projects ranging in scope from $5M-$15M.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience managing structural steel/misc. metal fabrication/erection projects and will be responsible for reviewing bids, issue purchase orders / subcontract agreements, supervise field personnel, coordinate with other trades / subcontractors / fabricators, and monitor job sites.

• Reviews with the job foreman the Project Specific Erection Plan
• Issue Purchase Orders and Subcontract Agreements
• Orders material as needed
• Coordinates with other trades, subcontractors, and fabricator
• Monitors weekly production / project performance
• Monitors safety at the job site
• Ensures the job is built in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
• Ensures the project is completed within the project estimate
• Tracks the job’s progress

• MUST have experience managing structural/misc. metal fabrication/erection projects ranging from $15M-$30M.
• MUST be willing and able to work in a remote setting (your home)
• MUST be willing and able to travel to job sites across the Southeast
• MUST be accountable and able to manage multiple projects at a time
• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related is preferred.
• Proficient in TEKLA EPM Software, Blue and MS Office Products
• Willingness to travel or pass background/drug screen
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must have a clean driving record
