As the Senior Principal, Strategic Consulting
, you will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, guiding them through complex challenges and shaping strategies that advance patient-centered care. You'll lead high-impact engagements, foster long-term partnerships, and drive innovation across the healthcare ecosystem.

• Build and lead the Program Office function from the ground up.
• Define governance, standards, and best practices for program management.
• Partner with senior leadership to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives.
• Oversee team and ensure delivery of complex, multi-workstream projects.
• Implement reporting and metrics to track progress and outcomes.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and Board-level executives.
• Identify client needs and connect them with the right Press Ganey resources for maximum impact.
• Direct and mentor engagement teams, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with client objectives.
• Lead innovation efforts within Consulting, expanding methodologies, tools, and technology.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and project plans that align with client goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Drive incremental consulting and product sales through strategic relationship-building and integrated solutions.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience in executive-level relationship management and strategic advisory.
• Strong background in experience measurement and management
