This is a part‑time Strategy Execution Director role, based in Singapore with the flexibility of a hybrid work model, allowing for both on‑site and remote work. The role involves leading the execution of organizational strategies to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include developing and communicating strategic plans, overseeing their implementation, and ensuring alignment across different teams and departments. The Strategy Execution Director will also analyze performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Strategic Planning and Business Strategy, with the ability to design and implement effective organizational frameworks.
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating business data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision‑making processes.
- Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting, with a track record of delivering impactful recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multi‑functional teams and levels of the organization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in the technology, data engineering, or consulting industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
