• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a sales call center environment
• 2-4 years of experience leading a remote team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Comfortable working in a high-volume role
• Experience in coaching and developing team members
• Knowledge of performance metrics and reporting tools
