A company is looking for an Operations Lead for a 10-month remote position.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operational workflows, including request intake, compliance checks, and troubleshooting
- Serve as the primary contact for program managers, providing updates and managing expectations
- Lead team meetings and manage team performance to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 5-7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Experience in a vendor‑managed service environment is preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and Business Intelligence tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and financial/billing processes
