Responsibilities
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Project Manager/Major Project Manager located in Singapore, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves overseeing and managing major projects from initiation to completion. Key responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing resources, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The candidate will also be expected to address logistics, project challenges, and ensure successful delivery within scope and budget.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and executing complex projects efficiently.
- Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor roles, ensuring smooth workflows and addressing bottlenecks proactively.
- Experience in Inspection, with a focus on quality assurance and compliance checks during project execution.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee timely delivery, scheduling, and transportation requirements effectively.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience working on major projects in the marketing, AI, or technology sectors is a plus.
