Job SummaryManager, Sales Support Management supports Presource® Sales Operations and is responsible for aligning business initiatives and priorities with employees and leadership training programs, while measuring the effectiveness of programming. The successful learning business partner acts as a voice for the learners and as a change agent.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team based in US and Philippines, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, process improvement and collaboration
- Anticipates, assesses and manages learning needs related to business functional training, role-based training, on-boarding, leadership, professional development and systems training
- Formulates partnerships with business SMEs, stakeholders and leadership, enabling the learning team to deliver value-added service that aligns with the business objectives of the organization
- Manages small to medium size projects, including day to day project management, problem solving, conflict resolution, communication management, and stakeholder management
- Maintains an effective level of knowledge about the business’s financial position, strategies and culture
- Designs, deploys and analyzes the sales operations training evaluation process
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the businesses to develop learning solutions
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Sales support, sales enablement, sales training experience
- Capable of leading a geographically dispersed team
- Communication: exceptional verbal and written skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Organization: high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Problem-Solving: strong analytical mindset to identify improvements in sales workflows
- Ability to recognize evolving trends and offer guidance related to their potential impact and solutions for seizing opportunities
- Ability to build strong internal relationships and influential leadership to affect change across groups outside of their direct function
- Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, frontline supervisors and/or business support staff
- Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
- Anticipates, assesses and manages learning needs related to business functional training, role-based training, on-boarding, leadership and systems training
- Ensures employees operate within guidelines
- Decisions have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes and customers
- Interacts with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management
- Interactions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects
- Gains consensus from various parties involved
Anticipated salary range : $105,100 - $125,000
