Director, Strategic Program Delivery; Remote

Position: Director, Strategic Program Delivery (Remote)
* 12–15 years of program management experience (SaaS/technology industry preferred), leading cross-functional, enterprise-scale programs with measurable business outcomes.
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Program Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
* PMP, PgMP, or similar professional certification a plus.
* Proven ability to drive strategic planning, prioritization, governance, and execution of programs to achieve organizational goals.
* Exposure to Agile, Product Development, or SDLC environments preferred.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, influence senior executives, and align cross-functional teams.
* Leadership: 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and scaling teams.
