Position: Gifted Travel Network

About the Role

The Lead Mentor & Programs Manager is a senior, relationship-driven role serving as the connective tissue across Gifted Travel Network’s Travel Business University (TBU) flagship programs—Travel MBA (TMBA), Accelerate, and Ascend.

As TBU has grown, this role exists to provide continuity, sound judgment, and human connection across programs. The Lead Mentor & Programs Manager acts as a trusted anchor for both members and mentors, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience while protecting GTN’s standards, tone, and delivery quality.

This position blends senior mentorship, live program facilitation, mentor leadership, and program quality stewardship. It partners closely with internal leaders to ensure TBU programs continue to deliver meaningful outcomes for advisors at every stage of business growth.

This role may be eligible for remote work based on experience, business needs, and location. Regardless of work location, periodic travel is required to support and lead in-person GTN events, live programs, and advisor experiences throughout the year.
