Head of SMB at Baires Dev
The Head of SMB Accounts leads the strategy and execution for a $35–40M revenue portfolio across approximately 100–140 accounts and 300 active HC. This role is critical to driving client retention, identifying high-potential accounts, and developing scalable engagement strategies for Baires Dev's SMB segment.
What You'll Do:- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers.
- Own the overall health and performance of the SMB portfolio, ensuring high retention, client satisfaction, and margin protection.
- Identify accounts with growth potential and develop tailored engagement strategies to unlock expansion opportunities.
- Design, improve, and institutionalize playbooks and operating models for SMB account management.
- Build a deep understanding of client organizations, technology roadmaps, and long-term needs to position Baires Dev as a strategic partner.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client issues, ensuring rapid resolution and internal accountability.
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Delivery.
- 7+ years of experience in the tech/outsourcing sector.
- Experience managing a team.
- Availability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Work-from-home hardware setup.
