Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets and increase market share for software solutions
  • Identify growth opportunities and secure new clients while expanding within existing accounts
  • Maintain a rolling sales forecast to ensure accuracy and manage the sales pipeline effectively
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational goals
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers, addressing complex technical issues and ensuring high service levels
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years of sales experience within CAD/CAM or software solutions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
  • Strong technical knowledge of CAD/CAM software solutions and applications in manufacturing processes
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on managing complex customer relationships
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools or automation to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights for strategic decisions
