Salary: £53,888 - £67,360 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience) plus a Car Allowance of £2,329 per annum

Are you someone who thrives on building strong relationships, delivering high‑quality projects, and making a real impact? We’re looking for an Investment Contract Manager to play a key role in delivering our complex work programmes.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Take the lead on the day‑to‑day management of internal and external investment and refurbishment projects.
  • Deliver complex work programmes with confidence, clarity, and a focus on great outcomes.
  • Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high‑quality standards.
  • Build strong working relationships through regular contract review meetings with contractors and internal teams.
  • Tackle disputes or non‑compliance issues proactively, finding solutions that keep things moving.
  • Oversee contract budgets, spot opportunities for cost savings, and ensure value for money through effective procurement and benchmarking.
  • Review and approve contractor invoices in line with contractual requirements.
  • Keep on top of relevant legislation, building regulations, health and safety expectations, and industry best practice.
  • Engage with customers to ensure they’re happy with the work we deliver and involve them in shaping future services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support Contract Administrators by providing guidance and expertise.
  • Prepare reports for internal boards and groups, keeping them informed of progress and outcomes.
  • Identify and assess any operational risks, escalating emerging issues where needed.
