Senior Community Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Community Manager located in Maple Grove, MN, with the option for some work from home. The Senior Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of homeowner associations, cultivating positive relationships with residents, managing community events, and implementing community improvement initiatives.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in community management and event planning
• Knowledge of homeowner association regulations and governance
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Experience in property maintenance and budget management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred but not required
