Role Description

This is a full‑time role for an Agency Manager based in El Paso, TX, or in Albuquerque, NM, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Agency Manager will oversee and lead a team to drive business growth by recruiting, training, and developing sales representatives.

Responsibilities include setting goals, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, managing client relationships, and coordinating enrollment activities. The Agency Manager will also monitor team performance, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a sales team
  • Proficiency in developing sales strategies, setting goals, and monitoring performance metrics
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to coordinate multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members
  • Working knowledge of employee benefits and insurance products is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in‑office and remote work responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred (but not required).
