We offer our Central Sales Director a competitive wage of $175,000-$200,000 per year, based on experience.

Schedule:

This is a full-time, remote position, with extensive travel required.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our Central Sales Director, you'll set distribution strategy, drive sales across all channels, and align brokers and customers around bold growth goals. You'll blend strategy and action: analyzing performance, opening doors with key partners, refining marketing programs, attending industry trade shows, and leading execution that turns plans into profit.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?
  • 10+ years of experience with a strong consumer packaged goods sales leadership, trained by a large food company
  • Proven success in entrepreneurial environments
  • Experience across grocery, mass, natural, club, and private label
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Deep knowledge of grocery retail and food distribution networks
  • Solid understanding of the food distributor network and processes
  • Proven broker management and strong Challenger Sales fundamentals
  • Financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, P&L oversight)
  • Ability to travel regularly
