Our client, a growing organization in the mortgage lending space, is seeking a high‑performing professional who is ready to step into branch leadership. This opportunity is structured for a producer‑first leader: you will begin as a producing MLO to learn the systems, platform, and processes, generate production, and then transition into a Branch Manager role with full leadership responsibility.

This role is ideal for a self‑starter who brings an existing pipeline and wants to build, lead, and scale a team. Candidates who have a team ready to move with them are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
  • Start as a producing Mortgage Loan Officer to ramp up quickly and learn internal systems and operations
  • Transition into a Branch Manager role with full operational ownership
  • Oversee branch sales performance, compliance, and customer service standards
  • Recruit, hire, and develop Loan Officers and support staff, with support to build out your team
  • Drive loan production through business development and relationship management
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed production goals
  • Establish a strong presence in the local market through networking and community involvement
What You Bring
  • Active NMLS license (MLO license required)
  • 3+ years of mortgage sales experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity
  • A portable book of business
  • Deep understanding of residential mortgage products and regulatory guidelines
  • Proven ability to recruit, coach, and lead a team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and scale your own branch
  • Existing team members are a plus
