Operations Supervisor

• Salary up to $130,000 annually, depending on experience

• Communicate owner/landlord processes to ensure understanding by engineers and contractors performing building infrastructure work
• Identify and implement updates to policies, procedures, and best practices
• Manage refrigerant purchases and tracking for compliance and cost control
• Oversee staffing, performance, and development of technical teams, including performance reviews
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of technicians

• High School diploma or GED
• EPA Universal license
• A valid state-issued driver's license
• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in building engineering with expertise in HVAC equipment repair and maintenance
• Strong people management skills to lead and develop technical teams effectively

• Experience in facilities management or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills with strong emphasis on customer service
• Analytical abilities and detail-oriented approach to organizational management
