• Oversee the planning, development, and coordination of sales programs to achieve profitable growth
• Lead a team of Directors to ensure strategic alignment and activation of key partner firms
• Manage the selection, training, and evaluation of the sales organization to maintain high competency levels
• Monitor independent agent recruiting and ensure a sufficient number of quality candidates are available
• Communicate policies, procedures, and financial budgets to meet sales objectives

• Minimum of ten years of field sales management or technical insurance experience
• Undergraduate studies in insurance, business, finance, marketing, or a related field
• Proven knowledge of sales program development and distribution systems
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with all levels of management
• Technical designation such as CPCU, CLU, or equivalent insurance education preferred

• Experience in managing independent agency revenue and growth
• Advanced organizational abilities to manage multiple diverse tasks
• Leadership skills with a track record of driving strategy execution
• Familiarity with insurance products, rules, and rating plans
• High levels of credibility and professionalism in dealings with senior executives
