This is an autonomous, performance-based role centred on leadership, connection, and growth.

You will:

• Engage & Connect
• Share leadership and personal growth programs through digital platforms and meaningful conversations.
• Conduct Discovery Conversations
• Facilitate structured, values-based conversations with individuals exploring professional growth and career change (training provided).
• Support & Mentor Others
• Assist clients and peers through onboarding, learning pathways, and leadership development.
• Grow as a Leader
• Access optional global trainings, mentoring, and leadership development calls.

You determine your schedule, goals, and level of involvement.

• Have
  10+ years’ experience
  in People & Culture, HR, Learning & Development, Leadership, Coaching, or a related professional field
• Are self-directed, motivated, and comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes
• Are seeking greater flexibility and long-term earning potential
• Enjoy thinking differently and learning new ways of working
• Value autonomy
  and
  appreciate proven systems, mentoring, and collaboration
