Position: Revenue Manager, High Efficiency Support- Revenue Management

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:
  • Oversee, organize, execute and communicate revenue strategies and performance at scale for a large portfolio. You will use Portfolio Revenue Management (PRM) and RMCC reports and tools to accomplish these goals for newly opened and existing hotels within the portfolio.
  • Provide high-quality customer service for our hotel partners, addressing escalated questions and concerns. You will monitor and improve customer satisfaction and engagement utilizing CRM system and tools.
  • Provide insights and discuss future targets relating to booking pace, performance statistics, and other hotel-specific goals. You will partner with Performance Support to implement related RMCC central actions.
  • Validate the portfolio forecast and consider displacement for transient and group business by considering new Special Events and group opportunities in partnership with the hotel.
  • Manage and support Sr. Revenue Specialists in the accomplishment of the High Efficiency team and portfolio goals. You will help develop Sr. Revenue Specialists through regular meetings and feedback.
How you will collaborate with others:
  • Coordinate and assist with departmental projects that support the RMCC-Americas, High Efficiency model and RMCC 2.0 objectives.
  • You will develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with Revenue Analysts, Managers, Assistant Directors, Directors, and internal and external teams to achieve efficiencies and results
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
  • Enact an appropriate Revenue Management strategy, including pricing for all portfolio hotels, and partner with the RMCC Performance Support and Platform Activation teams to use audit and new technology enhancements to maximize performance.
  • Build a positive relationship within the RMCC and other revenue management partners as you help guide the growth and structure for Efficiency Models.
  • Ensure alignment and trust with hotel teams, revenue management teams, and Hilton Commercial and Brand Performance teams on revenue strategies and pricing.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Two (2) years of hotel Revenue Management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of industry analytical reports such as STAR reports, occupancy-based reports, and shop reports
  • Experience managing hotel Rates and Inventory and validating the forecast of hotel room revenue for weekly and monthly periods in GRO
  • Demonstrated capability of analyzing and explaining statistical data to develop strategies and to generate actions
