This is a full‑time and remote position for a Junior Supervisor Clinic at Arya Noble. The role focuses on supervising day‑to‑day clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, overseeing customer service, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and closely monitoring the performance of the clinic to optimize results.

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to monitor operational processes
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of healthcare or clinical management is an advantage
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• A positive attitude, adaptability to remote work, and the ability to work independently
• University degree in business management, healthcare, or related field preferred
