The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations, also known as a Senior Operations Director or COO, to join their dynamic remote team. The successful candidate will serve as the Lead Integrator, working closely with the CEO Founder to lead and optimize operational processes in support of the company's rapid growth. This pivotal role involves driving performance, productivity, and profitability, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations, including manufacturing and production, to ensure seamless coordination and execution.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, action-oriented leader with a proven track record in senior operations management, particularly within a high-growth, small to medium-sized company.
