- Proven leadership experience in managing service operations, ideally in payroll or HR

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and fluency in English
- Knowledge of customer service management software systems and tools
- Experience in a global, remote‑first organization is preferred
- Previous experience in driving innovation and transformation in customer service operations
- Familiarity with automation and integrations to enhance operational efficiency
- Background in coaching and mentoring to develop future leaders within the organization
