What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Direct and manage the entire sales process for MIMO-MANET products within Federal Civilian and Law Enforcement Agencies
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the U.S. Federal market
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to drive sales development
  • Monitor market trends and competitor actions to inform business strategy and growth
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant sales, business development, or military operations experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Leadership, management, and program management experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Must have SECRET level clearance or the ability to obtain it within 12 months; U.S. Citizenship required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Deep understanding of DHS procurement processes and relevant agencies
  • Strong technical knowledge of tactical communications challenges and solutions
  • Proven track record in the sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
  • Experience working with resellers and distributors
  • Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
