- Direct and manage the entire sales process for MIMO-MANET products within Federal Civilian and Law Enforcement Agencies
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the U.S. Federal market
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to drive sales development
- Monitor market trends and competitor actions to inform business strategy and growth
- Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant sales, business development, or military operations experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Leadership, management, and program management experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Must have SECRET level clearance or the ability to obtain it within 12 months; U.S. Citizenship required
- Deep understanding of DHS procurement processes and relevant agencies
- Strong technical knowledge of tactical communications challenges and solutions
- Proven track record in the sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
- Experience working with resellers and distributors
- Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
