Senior State Product Manager - Remote

• Strategically manage a portfolio and make decisions that impact markets, including pricing and distribution strategy
• Lead and empower a team to anticipate needs and provide timely information
• Develop and implement strategies to meet personal lines budgets and member needs
• Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams, distribution partners, and regulatory bodies
• Drive collaboration across functions to deliver and launch competitive products

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years managing personal lines insurance products
• Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and shaping company culture
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of P&C insurance products and product management

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• Experience leading product management teams or related functions
• Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment
• Experience with change management concepts and practices
