What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage multiple IT-driven projects from inception to successful completion and transition to operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Develop and present full-scale project plans, progress reports, and communications documents
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within project teams while managing project scope changes
  • Conduct project post-mortems and drive continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 0-2 years of project management experience in an enterprise environment
  • 0-2 years of prior experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to defuse tension among project teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • PMI Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities and demands through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
  • Flexible during times of change and able to react promptly to project adjustments
