* Assisting with the management of the manufacturers’ accounts and collaborating with the other 3

PLS departments.
* Processing and sending various month-end reporting to both internal and external departments.
* Capability to work from home and come into office as needed.
*** Qualifications
* *** Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
* 1-2 years related experience, preferred
* Strong communication skills
* Leadership skills highly preferred
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel, outlook, word, and access
* Must live within 1 hour radius of LaVergne, TN.

**** Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staff
* Develops, administers, and executes policies and procedures while also continuously improving on said policies and procedures
* Ensures employees operate within guidelines
* Decisions have a direct impact on work unit operations and customers
* Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers and peer groups at various management levels
* Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution
* Works collaboratively to respond to non-standard requests under time-sensitive conditions
* Takes the lead in effectively applying and teaching new processes and skills in order to accomplish a wide variety of assignments; this is not limited to the immediate team, but can also apply to cross-functional areas
* Maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with internal teams as well as external clients
